„PB-NORD” LLC has made the decision on development and implementation of the food quality and safety management system based on the international standards ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2015, in order to guarantee the quality and safety of the products at each stage of production. In the course of the company’s certification, a thorough analysis of the business processes was carried out as well as the products quality control system was modernized.

Basing on the standard developed, the enterprise works in such a manner as to exclude the production of sub-quality products; therefore, the continuous products safety control is performed at all stages of the production cycle. 

The standard should be deemed as a part of the complex measures on ensuring the impeccable quality of the food products at any stage of its production and promotion to the final customers.

The quality control workers deal with the development and implementation of the hazard analysis  and critical control points (НАССР).  The high quality products ensuring implies the differentiated responsibility of all services and the whole personnel of the enterprise in accordance with their duties and tasks.

Using the quality management system in our activity, we guarantee the stable high quality of the products, high qualification, competence and responsibility of the personnel, which enables us to meet and to foresee the needs of our products’ consumers better.
